Description – Blundell Street is a residential project with 200 apartments over nine storeys within the baltic triangle. With a predominate brick facade with approximately 585,180nr bricks made of 2 bricks, the Elgin Blend which is the lighter of the two bricks. & the Dorado which is the darker of the two bricks. in addition, masonry support is present at every other level supporting the brickwork designed & fabricated by IG Masonry support & managed by PLF LTD with approximately 1427 linear metres of masonry support. Finally, there is a two-floor carpark with predominately block partitions with approximately 45,100 blocks.
